we needed evidence of what we were filming before going off so as a group we needed to gather paperwork together that stated where we would be, how long filming would take, what equipment we'd have and what we were filming. this covered health and safety as teachers must know where we are at all times. if there were any problems with what we had written, we'd have to change it before shooting. philippa was in charge of gathering paperwork for our group. here is the evidence.
